Nobody wants to do an event last minute.

(20-45 days prior to the event).

For the best experience and biggest impact, we suggest beginning your event planning a minimum of 45 days prior to your event.

We know things happen and specialize in short time frames however, lead times of less than 15 days prior to an event may incur a RUSH charge.  We always strive to avoid additional charges whenever possible.  To get planning in progress you just have to tell us a little bit about your event.

Pre-Event Planning Meeting

(18-43 days prior to the event).

One of the most important keys to an event is communication.  Now that you've told us about your event, we will review your event details, meet to go over any gaps or questions and see if we're a fit. 

This first meeting typically takes 30-45 minutes.  Once you've done an event with us, we still require a pre-event production strategy meeting, but they take about half the time (15-30 mins).

To make the best use of our time, be sure to bring agendas,  participant information, guest lists,  calls to action or offer, vision books, slides, or anything pertaining to the event so that we can accurately determine action items and timelines.

No more chasing down the details... we handle it for you.

(16-34 days prior to the event).

This is the time we spend filling in the gaps and gathering whatever information was missing.  From bios & photos, event write ups, agendas, research, zip codes for invitations, vendor spotlights. registries or other pertinent pieces, we make sure you look like a rock star.  We will gather all the needed info for you. 

Once all information is gathered then it's time to design and create the event pieces.  We create your Event Page, Registration/Invitations, and all the pieces the world sees and submit it to you for approval prior to posting. 

During this time, it is imperative that we communicate to get questions answered and decisions made in a timely manner.

(15-30 days prior to the event).

Our world is changing so fast that laying out marketing content or inviting someone to an event a month or more ahead of time no longer keeps you relevant or ensures attendance at your event (did it ever?).

You will have a calendar showing your Premiere Events (PE's), and what to post to social media throughout the month. 

Content is updated on a weekly basis so that you stay relevant and up-to-date in your interactions leading up to the BIG event.

You'll  get weekly digests and reminders straight to your Inbox on the days you're scheduled to appear or post; you will always know exactly what's happening with the event, what you need to do and where you need to be.

(2 days before the event).

The "BIG DAY" is almost upon us.  This is where we get the entire team together for an hour to tie up some loose ends, go over agenda, staging, technology and event details one more time and make sure everyone knows where to be, what to do, and when to do it.

It's going to be BIG!  You will start the day with a schedule reminder sent direct to your Inbox.  This gives you the peace of mind to move through the day knowing that the details are being handled without having to do it all yourself.

Throughout the day you will receive gentle reminders from your Google Calendar about what's up next.  We keep the team on schedule with our Persistent Follow-up System (PFS).  You're able to log in to your event dashboard at any time to get real time updates to give you the peace of mind to relax and enjoy the event.

We ensure you preserve your event for a lifetime.  We edit the recordings to provide a full length version of your event, 4 "nugget" videos or Q&A clips,  transcripts, a photo gallery with download option and call to action with every event page.
